Secureview Xceed Perforated Aluminium Security

Perforated Mesh doors are renowned for their strength and durability but have been known to be a bit heavy, thick and mesh securing methods have been limited to rivets or screws which can be un-sightly. Unlike other perforated mesh doors, this system is thinner and stronger due to it’s structural grade alloy, as opposed to architectural grade aluminium commonly used in other perforated doors. This means the door has greater visibility and a greater viewing angle.

Secureview’s 1.6mm door’s attractive look is thanks to well thought out design and the highest grade materials. Starting with the frame, all Secureview doors are fitted using toughened aluminium which is specifically designed to completely hide the patented encapsulation system securing the mesh to the frame, meaning no visible rivets, screws or joins for a perfectly seemless look. The frame is finished using gold accredited Interpon™ powdercoating technology that completes your door with a perfect, durable, quality colour of your choice, including a highly specialised and superbly finished woodgrain effect available in two wood types and the latest Colorbond™ colours.

Secureview 1.6mm Perforated Mesh is created using a highly specialised STRUCTURAL grade aluminium in a state-of-the-art facility to offer amazing resistance to impact, knife and jemmy attacks. Structural grade aluminium is toughened using the latest in tempering techniques increasing the mesh’s strength to a higher level than common 2mm architectural grade aluminium.
SecureView escapes tradition, free from mechanical fixings such as old fashioned screws and rivets. Instead SecureView employs 3M VHB high performance adhesive technology to create effortless strength. The acrylic chemistry of the 3M VHB adhesive delivers exceptional durability while its viscoelasticity provides superior energy absorbing properties that help to eliminate stress points.
3M VHB Acrylic Adhesives have been used by engineers throughout the world in bold commercial applications including bonding architectural panelling and even aircraft construction.

SecureView’s extruded aluminium frame system is crafted to deliver a lightweight solution without compromising on strength. Solid aluminium stakes are used to fortify each corner join, providing SecureView with steadfast strength and as a statement of strength, SecureView hinged doors are characterised by our integrated three-point locking system as standard.
